Like some of the other blood and short tail pattern morphs it hasn't really been nailed down yet. I've seen babies from the tiger that look similar and some that dont. Hopefully next season there will be more info. Unless someone has something hatching now thats not talkin

Well, back around 1996?! a Southwest Florida importer had some of what he called 'Tiger Bloods'. He said they were the crossbred result of Python brongersmai x Python breitensteini. I never did get to see them, but he said there was a definite 'banding' effect and that their attitude was truly that of an ANGRY Tiger. He had imported quite a number of 'Bloods' and said these were the worst attitude Bloods they had ever had in their shop! They seemed to think maybe crossbreeding made them crazy or something. Sorry, this does not help your question, but it was something I just remembered about 'Tiger' Bloods in my travels.
