why is it so difficult for some people to understand that when you say "please ship priority overnight by 10:30AM" it means "please ship priority overnight by 10:30AM"? im pretty sure it doesnt mean "please skim a little off the top and ship my stuff to me standard overnight so that the herp(s) will be sitting on my front porch for 8 1/2 hours while im at work".

Sometimes the shipper has no say at when it arrives. Depending on where you are located you may chose to have a 10:30 arrival but it is not guaranteed until 5pm. Its not always the shippers fault on when your animals arrive. SSR.

There is nothing I hate more then a person buying a snake or any animal for that matter and not doing research and relizing what they are getting themselves into. Because of people like that we have such strict reptile and animal laws and they are ruining it for everyone. Not doing research is totally unacceptable and with the internet is super easy to do. There is just no excuse for that!!!

the shipper always has the say so. its the two little boxes that say "priority" and "standard". the shipper checks one of these and the shipping company puts each one into seperate delivery routes/times based upon the box checked by the buyer.
