Paul, I usually cut all my eggs early, but in you case since the first snake has cut I would go on a cut the rest of the eggs. But it is up to you to decide if you want to do that. Most of us do that to make sure all of the babies will have a chance to live, Because I have hatched several clutches of Corn, kings, and Rat snake clutches were the snake died in the egg fully developed, I would hate to see a kool morph be dead in the egg. That is my reasons for cutting early. It is probably not as fun watching them cut as to cutting them but I think the survival rate is higher. Thanks David

whooo hoooo!!! I also have a clutch that was laid on the 13th. I'm incubating at 86-88. Should I cut???? The suspense is killing me but I don't want to do anything to risk the babies.

my incubation is 88.5 to 89.5 so i would wait till your first pips then it is up to you! I have cut 2 both pastels and another has pip'ed on his own!

the odds so far

2 i cut both pastels
2 pip'ed on thier own normals!

man this is the most exciting thing! ever almost!

It sure is exciting!! I can't stop checking the incubator! I did get a snow corn baby hatched today, so that will have to hold me a couple more days.

Congrats on your clutch!!
