milk snakes

is there a small species of milk snake..3 ft.in length or shorter??

All the milk snakes that come from the US and Canada rarely exceed 3 feet (most are smaller). A few of the Mexican subspecies (Pueblans, Sinaloans) top out near the three foot mark (some Sinaloans might exceed 3).

So any milk snake from the US or Canada would fit that description except for some populations of Eastern Milksnake.
