I just ordered Superworms that are go to get here tommorow to feed to my leos. So I was wondering is it ok if I put them in a 10 gallon glass with 4 inches of oatmeal as substrate and put in pieces of potatoe every day?

Yea that is no problem, just make sure they have plenty of moisture.
