I have been heating my incubator for 53 days at 81-85 and I just candled the eggs and they had red veins on the outside. When should I expect them to hatch?

They should be hatching within the next few days. It's a waiting game you can't really tell when they're going to hatch.

It can vary a lot. My one hatchling was incubated @ 82 F and she took 70 days.
