shedding too often

hi guys, i have a 4 to 5 foot cornsnake that i got from hamburg show 3 years ago and he shed about every 1 and a half month to every 2 month is this normal? younger snakes usally shed often than adults, well here a details he is kept in a vision cage with a heating pad and eat f/t mice once a week and he is very healthy and girthy, i am not too worry about him, i just think maybe it unusaul.? oh and he is kept on newspaper, and a water dish and a corkbark to hide in just like i do with all of my snakes thanks

Yes, younger snakes will tend to shed more often then older snakes. Their growth rates slows as they age.
