Here is an eastern I found today while flipping tin at a freinds property.This is much more typical of the color we find here.Most have deep chestnut to burgandy blotches.
It was found in the same county as the greenish one given to me the other day.
The greenish one just ate two thawed hoppers right from the tongs as polite as can be and at this point appears to be a female but not sure,I misplaced my probes.
