Thanks. I appreciate as much info as I can get as I enjoy field herpetology. Date, time, ambient temp, weather, previous weather for several days, habitat, conditions, behavior, relative humidity etc etc. I was born and raised in Covina and grew up fishing and herping in Azusa Canyon. I have seen most species that exist there but never a Lyre. I started my firefighting career with the Mt Baldy Ranger District back in 1984. I am very nostalgic for the area and plan on spending more time there in the future. I currently live in Las Vegas Nevada but I miss the Angeles NF.
