How to breed supers?

Hi, everyone! It's been a while... I would like info on how to breed supers. I had a site bookmarked but cannot find it anymore. Thanks for your help.

Going to assume you mean superworms. Have you tried the feeders forum? There are alot of posts there on how to raise various feeder insects as well as other kinds of feeders. I know they have talked about raising superworms on that forum before, though it was awhile ago.
