Looks like a nice dragon Karen. Should color up beautifully as it grows. If you think about it "blood dragons" are pretty new meaning it took some crossing of lines to get todays blood dragon so the color diversity can be great. Looks like an east cost line to me lol. Seems like the breeders around here have dragons coming right out of the eggs with color where as Sandfire stock or Dragons Den stock takes quite a bit of time for them to color up. Just something I've noticed, and have seen in the dragons I have. I'm sure some come out with vivid color, But dragons like Chris Allens or the Dachiu's just to name two in the east coast have some killers right out of the eggs. I've seen a lot of Blood dragon babies this year looking nothing like what Kevin advertises as bloods or what he was selling last year as bloods.

Yes, your absolutely right about the bloods being relatively new.
I would say to keep that blood line going you would have to breed a blood/blood. I don't expect the blood to materialize in this little fellow. I think we'll have orange/yellow coloration.
What I am suprized with is the color he shows. I really did just buy him on a whim. Kinda glad I did now. LOL.
Take care,
Karen
