Three toed box turtle laws in florida?

chelly121303 Jun 12, 2006 04:06 PM

I have been looking for info on laws in florida concerning the possesion, breeding and selling of CB three toed box turtles. So far the only laws I can find are ones about collecting and keeping wild box turtles native to Florida. None on CB non native ones. If anyone can tell me if there are any laws concering this I would appreciate it alot.

You can contact the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commision in Tallahassee and they can give you all the details on the laws regarding the other species of Box Turtles.
