These were found here in KY within the last few weeks....

This one was in shed...

A nice young adult....

Another found yesterday in shed....

and a nice looking little juvenile...

Notice my A/C in the background.....

You have some nice lookin'cornsnakes in your area.The ones here (central Va.)are kinda drab,almost a dingy miamish look.How close are you to the W.V. border? Thanks!, jeff

hey....i think the va corns are pretty.....and the sweetest around!!! the neighborhood kids love hector as their favorite..... and ask about him everyday!!!

Hey!,I know what you mean he is the gentlest corn I've ever seen.The man I got him from warned me that he was "aggressive".I used to hand feed him,and even then he would take the mouse or whatever,from my hand almost politely.I am so glad ya'll are enjoying them!!There are more to come. jeff

Those are some nice looking Va. Corns Jeff. I'm working on finding some Va. Corns myself in York, James City, and New Kent counties. As far as the Ky. population of corns goes, there are two pocket areas in the state that are known to have corns. I placed a link below to show the two isolated regions.

Thats pretty nice! I like those, and we actually have some corns here in KY that are close in color to that one. Here is one I collected last year, she is more of a tan color than the oranges....She was in shed when I collected her, so I had no idea what she was going to look like....Not quite as tan as yours. Nothing like a normal locale corn!!!

They are beautiful Brian. I guess it's all about timing. I go herping with you guys and not even a hint of a Ky. corn. As soon as I step foot back in Va. they all come crawling out, LOL Glad it was a sucessful weekend for you.

Thanks Steve!!! I guess we will have to plan another visit next spring, or even this fall. Maybe I can introduce you to a few KY corns. I wish you luck on finding the corns in your state, get out there and emplace some A/C and post some pics!!! LOL
