Update on my Cuban babies

Well, I only have three tads left in the tank. I just moved the newest morph and it's HUGE compared to the others. It really goes to show that the longer they take to morph the bigger and stronger they are. The next one up is going to be a biggun too. I'm not sure how long the last two are going to take since they have only really started to grow and don't have back legs yet.

So far the count is up to 32 Froglets. I could have sworn there were more so either a few of them are hiding well or they just move around too much and I can't really get a good head count.

I have a few people interested in buying some so I should be able to start shipping them next week. They are all eating VERY well and are on their second and third shedding.

I just can't get over how darn cute they are!!! The really look nothing like the adults and each one has it's own "look" some are dark with patterns while others have no pattern at all or just a few speckly freckles. There is one that we are going to keep. It doesn't have any markings and is just the neatest matalic gold with an almost pale lime jello coloring on it's belly and legs. We've named it Powder because of how pale it is.

I really think that these little guys are oing to make GREAT pets! They seem quite tame and aren't really too jumpy. They also show no fear toward me when I reach in to change out the water or add a new tankmate.

This weekend I'm going to go pick up my shipping supplies so that I have everything ready. I'm really going to miss them, it's so wonderful going over to the tank and seeing all those eyes!!

Aieee, they’re so adorable ^^ I wish I could buy one off of you so bad, My last cuban died about a year ago, I've been grieving since then and I'm finally preparing for my next darling ^^ unfortunately it wont be a cuban this time, although I wish I would get one ^^ I'm shooting for anoles for awhile, even if I wanted to get a cuban I cant get access to one, all my local breeders I keep in touch with cant get any shipments in from Florida or anywhere else because of the heat. Bah, dont these people know of tempeture controlled environments? I heard there was some one with a few cubans where my grandma lives, but I dont think I'm going to drive all the way down there because I mainly dont trust that they’re in good health, the place said they were 'some ones pets' Yeah, a real winner there.
