crested eggs wooohoo!!!

WEEBEASTIES Jun 13, 2006 06:49 PM

I have two of the cutest little crested eggs so I read up and it said to incubate at about 80 degrees not much higher. Do any of you have suggestions or helpful hints for me? I put the eggs on a small deli cup with holes in it and moist perilite inside. Eggs sitting gently on top of the perlite. I have it sitting in a cage with baby beardies because my incubator is set a t 84 for the beardies. The cage the cup is sitting in stays a pretty constant but will this work? Thanks in advance.

I take my crestie eggs put them in a container with moist vermiculite and put the lid on. then I put them on a shelf in my computer room. Every three days or so I open the lid and let fresh air in then just close the lid again and put them back on the shelf.

My room temperature can vary between 72-80 and out of the 75 fertile eggs I my geckos have laid for me thus far only 5 have been dead in shell.
