Is it okay to mark hatchlings with a nontoxic sharpie marker?

snakecharmed Aug 01, 2003 04:11 AM

I'm trying to find a safe way to i.d. these little guys and I am a bit nervious about the whole deal! Has anybody ever used non toxic sharpie markers? I may back out of even marking them with anything, I just would like some input of what has worked for other people. Thanks, Christy

I used nontoxic craft paint, but I would think nontoxic sharpie would be fine too.
