greens and veggies, wax worms, roaches are great, sliced and cleaned out nightcrawlers, basically anything you normally feed them. i would not worry about crickets for weight gain, not very efficient. substitute with worms and roaches for their insects. pinkies or rat pups are good for gaining some weight, one maybe every 2 weeks or so, they are high in fat and very rich. balance out their diet thought. make sure they do get enough of their greens, babies-younglings mostly insects vs veggies adults 10 months plus 90% veggies 10% insects.
