My chucks favorite food is dandelion flowers. I also feed english plantain, nasturtium leaves and flowers, mint leaves, sweet alyssum, cosmos flowers, pansy flowers, hibiscus, alfalfa, and various dark leafy supermarket greens (no spinich, iceberg or romain lettuce). One of my friends recently got a baby desert iguana and she says his favorite veggie is yellow hibiscus flowers. Desert iguanas also enjoy a variety of insects. I usually mix 3-4 different items into each salad: today was: chopped mint, nasturtium leaves and flowers, and a side of dandelions. I typically put their vitamin supplement on the dandelion flowers only, since these are such a favorite they'll eat them even if their dusted while dusted greens typically get left.
