Eggs collapsing?

metalpest Jun 14, 2006 11:23 PM

I have some pueblan eggs incubating that were laid on 5-8. Two of the eggs on top looked as though they are starting to cave in. The two are slightly leaning on two other eggs giving them the least contact with the perlite. Should I be worried about them and what should I do?

Thanks

Nick

Wet some paper towel in warm water, wring out, and leave over the eggs
for a few days. The moisture should help the egg(s) rebound.

What I do is use some of the spagnum moss and just lay it on top of the eggs and when they plump up I remove it.
