I noticed that sometimes our female Jackson does this thing with her eyes. It looks like she's sucking them into her head. Does that make sense? They get a little flatter, and then go back. I've seen her do it a couple of times, and once she was scared.
Thanks
Tania

was she near water?....somethimes chams will rinse their eyes out if there is something in them. mine seem to pop theirs out of their heads though

Can't really say, I dont remember. It could have been after we had sprayed the cage, but I dont know. This literally looked like she was squeezing her eye in a little bit.

they all do this, it's perfectly normal. they seem to also do this when they blink. you can rub your eyes if they bother you, a cham can't, so they use other means. you may want to check your humidity and make sure that it is high enough.

ground level the humidity stays at 100% most of the day, of course that is lower up top, but I assume still pretty high. I'll move the hydrometer and check.
thanks so much
