Green/neon Tree Dragon - Help!

uromastyx_ornate Jun 17, 2006 11:59 PM

HEY!

I just bought a tree dragon! Now I have tried to research what I think he is and can't find much. The lizard was first labeled a green tree dragon when I went into the reptile shop. Then today I went in again and he was labeled a neon tree dragon, with several others. From description Im guessing this tree dragon is a A. abotti, but I can't seem to find any pictures. I was told he was CB, and Im pretty sure it's true being that awhile back another employee me told me he breeds these lizards.

Can you indentify this tree dragon? HELP!

The photos you pointed us too are labeled Japalura Splendida and to me that is just what I would have guessed it to be. I don't know of anyone breeding them but that isn't to say that nobody is!

If you look around the web you will find some info on this species. If you post on the general lizard forum you may get Ingo to post some info on it for you.

Good luck!
