My cal king laid 12 eggs yesterday. They are all big and healthy looking. The female is a banded with yellow and the male banded with white. I guess the babies will have light yellow bands?
Now I'm just waiting to see if my Fl king lays. This is the first year for both at 3 years old. The snakes in the photo turned out to be both male. I thought the combat dance was forplay. Oh well live and learn. I thought I had 2 females and a male but I had 2 males and a female. The males are both white banded. The female is yellow banded.

yes I still have my pair of scarlet kings she has been in her nest box for a week now but no eggs yet.
