Hi-Its 6:30pm and there has been nomore throwing up-but Im keeping a close eye--It was that one time-there has also been no call back from the vet! any advice appreciated-I had given him red leaf lettuce which I do not give him often could that have anything to do with it -also could he have been choking maybe? He is eating again now-I have given him a little escarole.

This is a little late but what happened after this Sunday episode?
Is the tortoise ok, did you have to see a vet the next day?

I have a large sulcata who used to enjoy the flowers from the desert willow tree, but they got caught in her throat & caused her to have a problem. She sounded like a cat hacking up a furball. She did manage to get them out, it was kind of like she threw up but she was really just getting those flowers out.
Now when she sees those flowers on the ground, she remembers what happened and she won't eat them.
