I have been breeding herps for close to 20 years but have only recently decided to make it a part ime business. I'm thinking of having customers sign a purchse agreement before I ship any animals. It would basically outline my guarantee, what they could expect from me, and what I would expect from them. Does it sound reasonable to have a buyer sign something? Thanks for any advice.
