what makes it a lemon as opposed to a regular pastel--no one seems to give a pinpoint answer

A lemon pastel is one bred by NERD out of THEIR "lemon line", or from a lemon line pastel. Has nothing to do with the color. A lemon line can be spectacular, or it can be **** same as graziani, matrix, etc lines of pastel. doesnt mean the snake is a lemon color
