Sigh.....

well something strange has happened with Cedric, a day or two after my post on how healthy and happy he and Lady O were. Well he lost the use of his forelegs, I'm at a complete loss and will be contacting the Vet I was referred to. My wife and I are both puzzled over how quickly this happened and considering how lively and active he was before. The both have been eating great, it is rather fun to watch as they were gobbling up the dusted crickets. It was like a scene out of Godzilla.

I'm not sure what it is about this month and our lizard kids but I'm pretty down at what I might have to do.

I'll keep all updated as to what happens after today.

Hi Boost so sorry to hear about the dragon. With some Major Impaction problems if it is in the higher intestine the front legs will be paralized. In the lower intesstine the back legs will drag.

Impaction can be caused by other things than the normal substrate swallowing, but also by temps too low and feeding prey to large and Dehydration too. Maybe it's as simple as that, here is a wonderful article on impaction, look down at the Major impaction, sounds as if this MAY be her problem, if so you can try what it says to do , while your waiting to go to the vet.
