Does anybody out there breed Tiger Salamanders specifically in their varieties of colour patterns? I would like to get a collection of some different locales or phases if possible.

there are no true breeders of tiger salamanders, but you can get farm rasied tigers. wacky and wild reptiles has an add on kingsnake classifieds right now and thier tigers have an unusual pattern for barreds and are farm raised.
To my knowledge there are no breeders of tigers. I am in the long process of becoming a breeder of these(mine are texas barreds) and other salamanders. As far as the ad that was mentioned, one bit of advice, beware of mites. In all I was pleased with the people but the salamanders I got from them were heavily infested with mites. Got them about a month ago and I'm still treating for mites. There definately needs to be more breeders of these wonderful amphibians.

Tigers are not known to breed in captivity. Not that it hasn't been tried - just not successful. There was one report recently (I believe out of Japan?)where tigers had been bred in captivity...it really wowed the caudate community.
It was in Japan.
