HELP-Is my Crested OK?

I'm a complete beginner when it comes to any kind of lizard and I'm not sure if i should be worried or not. Is it normal for her to be constantly moving her neck up and down? It almost looks like she's chewing with her mouth closed or something, but i know she's not. If anyone can put worried first time owner at ease I'd appreciate it. Thanks...
