Yearling Hog outside (big pics)

jonathan-m Jun 20, 2006 02:12 PM

Hi everybody,
This is my 05 male Hog island from Gus Rentfro. I took these pics right after he shed because he had some really bright oranges coming up his entire body. I've never been able to capture side coloration very well with my camera, but I thought I'd give it a go with this guy. Unfortunately I got him in too much sun and the oranges got washed out (you can just barely see it in a few of the pics), but the pictures themselves still turned out pretty good so I thought I'd share them.
Sorry the pics are so big, but they lose a lot of their detail when I reduce the image size.

this little boa is a lot of fun to photograph. He's really friendly and inquisitive and he holds his poses for a really long time
hope you all enjoyed him, thanks for looking.

Jon
