Hi all,
I dont actually keep hots myself but i was just watching a very interesting documentary on the King Cobra. In the programme it explained a little about the predatory habits of this snake, particularly interesting in relation to the 'prey on other snakes habit'.
As a large constrictor keeper i was wondering if this species preys on any large constrictors in Asia and if so which and what capacity to defend themselves do they posses. (The effects of the neurotoxins seemed very potent on the small species in the programme).
I myself keep Green Anacondas, the largest of which is a 14 feet (18 inch wide) female. She is very strong and unfortunately aggressive (quite capable at defence), obviously too large to be prey i still dont think i would fancy her being in the same vicinity as the LARGE King in this programme. Thanks for any thoughts.
