I personally have never had to deal with this problem,But if I remember correctly,Keep this area good an moist an get him to the vet asap.Maybe someone with some experience with this problem can shed some better light on the subject,Hope this helps an good luck,Eric[Hypoboa]

I have not heard of this in babys. Maybe someone damaged him while trying to pop him? Keep the area clean and very moist if they dont go back in I would see a vet.
Try a sugar water soak. That has been known to help shrink the tissue and help it go back in.
