on my females i wait until they are 1 1/2 years at minimum with a minimum weight of 375 grams. 350 is ok but i make sure they are good and plump. most of mine are over 400 anyways.

Typical breeding age for bearded dragon females is at least 14 months, with 18 months or older being the best. They should also be at least 350g or heavier. I also feel they should also be 16" or longer with full tail as well.

In addition, you also want to make sure you have a fully healthy male and female before breeding them. Getting a fecal done on both is best, to ensure they have no parasites which could cause problems during pregnacy or after laying eggs. A vet examination of at least the female, to ensure she has a good weight, good blood calcium etc is a good ideal as well. Having the male examined is good to ensure he isn't carrying anything that could infect the female (ie adrenovirus, parasites, etc.)
