He runs the Outback Oasis in Sanderson. He is a long time herper that moved to the area and set up a business.
Perks include a reptile collection on display in the lobby.
New (may still have some bugs) WiFi internet access.

He also runs a sister hotel on the East end of town with fewer perks at a reduced cost. I believe it is the Sunset Siesta... But I am having a recall issue tonight.
Anyway, Roy and/or his family will take care of you. If you call ahead he can tell you how many collecters have been in the area, what they have seen and how the weather is acting.
