Hello Everyone

ttreptile1 Jun 21, 2006 01:15 PM

I just wanted to stop by and say hi! I currently own a two year old pair of Easterns purchased from Steve Binning (awesome guy!). I've been keeping and breeding pythons since I was very young and these blow away anything I have ever previously kept. Also wanted to say thanks to Doug Taylor for hooking me up with Steve and getting be addicting to these beautiful snakes. A couple more years under their belt and maybe I will be on the list of breeders from Indigos.com.

Here are some pics of my female during last nights feeding binge. The male is in blue so I will take a few of him next week. The first pic is of the female in her standard Tuesday stare down with me while I sit at my PC. I have never had any snake beg like these guys. Usually they both do this at the same time. It creeps me out! Like they are sizing me up for dinner.

That's a beautiful snake! My Yellowtail stares me down similarly to way you described as well. In fact, whenever I have company over he sits in his cage and watches everyone from the security of his cork round; it's hilarious! Drymarchon have a lot of personality, especially when food is present.
