egg discoloration

Newby question

I've got an egg that is starting to discolor in the incubator. I initially candled all the eggs and they were viable.

Why is this one becoming discolored?
Do eggs just end up dying?
Is it possible the egg will still make it?
Do I remove the egg if it proves to candle as "bad" at this point?
