Okay. The little leo has been out of the egg for 2 days. When do I move it to its new home? I know it won't eat until it sheds and lives of the yolk reserve, so should I bring the empty egg over too?

Where was it the last 2 days? I remove mine from the incubator as soon as I find them hatched. I put them directly into my shoebox rack where they are housed for there first 6-8 weeks. If I think they are worth holding back then I then move them up to a sweaterbow rack to grow them out to breeding size.
The yolk reserves are in the gecko, not in the egg so there is no need for it. I first offer food 1 week after they have hatched, most eat at this time but not all.
It was still in the "incubator" box. I only check it evey other day so it could have been a day or two. I moved it to a shoe box with hides, water and little meal worms.
Thanks for your input.
I always remove hatchlings as soon as they hatch into a rack with a hide, water, calcium dish, and moist paper towels for bedding up until their 2nd shed....
Hatchlings are offered food three days after hatching...
