If both eyes have an evenly cloudy or milky appearance then your snake is merely preparing to shed its old skin. Snakes shed their entire skin, including the area covering the eyes, as they grow. The dull or milky look is caused when the old skin begins to separate from the new layer beneath it. The cloudy look will last a few days after which it will appear clear again. Your snake will shed a few days after that.
