I found this snake by a pool in kissimmee, FL and I am not quite sure the ID of snake.

It looks like a Brown Snake (Storeria dekayi), but it's hard to be sure from that pic. It could possibly be some variety of garter snake, but I don't think so. Both are harmless.
One thing for sure, there are no venomous snakes in the U.S. that it could possibly be.
That is a brownsnake (Storeria dekayi). It looks like it is sporting an old, but serious injury? It is odd that it isn't flattening the rear part of the body.
