Introducing males and females to breed

I am interested in the thought of successful breeders out there about introducing males and females. Do you find it better to introduce the females to the male's cage, or the male to the females' cages. I have a male pastel and 3 adult normal females and this is my first attempt at breeding Balls. I appreciate everyones opinions. THX
