Could I keep a trio of veiled together and if so is a 65 gal screen cage big enough?

Not unless you want to only end up with one. The stress will be high and sooner or later two of them will likely die.

In the wild, they usually only come together to mate and they all have the option of moving away from each other if they want to. In captivity you are forcing them to be close together...so since they can't get away from each other their stress levels go up....and that leads to health issues and eventually to death.

Please do a lot of research before you buy even one. Here are some good sites to start off with....

A 65 gal. cage is barely, in my opinion, big enough for an adult chameleon. You could posibly house a trio or breeding group, not of veileds, in a cage around 6'X4'X4'
