I now have the mega-ray 60 watt Externally Ballasted flood light and it's putting out about 300 uW/cm2 at 12 inches so should I still give my mali approx.22 months old the miner-all with D3 two to three times a week?
I don't want to overdose or give it to him and have it build up over a period of time where it could be harmful to his health!
