I have a brazilian rainbow boa and I would love to make some sort of misting system for him. The ones in the magazines and online are expensive and I love making stuff like that anyways. I would love some advice on how to make one. Any pictures or step by step instructions would be great.

The major price is actually in the pump, and you want a good pump. Check out Ecologic at www.cloudtops.com they make most of the equipment in the kits available. So they are a little less pricy. You can by all sorts of pieces and literally build your own.
My recomendation is to buy the nozzles and pump and buy all your tubing locally.
