HB783 was stalled in the Senate when Senator Art Lentini decided not to present the bill for Representative Warren Triche. Senator Lentini took into consideration the facts that LDWF thought that the bill was unnecessary and that the bill could be disruptive of the multi-million dollar reptile industry in Louisiana.
