I just adopted a 4 foot burmese. He has retained a bit of skin from his last shed. I soaked him for a bit and was able to get his eye caps off after some gentle soaking. He looks like he has red coloring between the scales on his head. I have seen this once before on a baby burmese at a pet store in LA. The red coloring is only on his head. Is this something to worry about? Vitamin def or something maybe? Thanks all.
