Beautiful little guy, I've got one that is now about the age of the picture you posted. Was he always a picky eater? Mine is really eager every time.......chows like a champ. I hope this isn't just young snake behavior. They are fun, though. My little girls love him.

he was a great eater as a hatchling and has gotten less consistent as a yearling. He stays a decent weight but doesnt grow as fast as I would like. I keep an eye on the husbandry and some weeks he will snatch up two or three hoppers...then not eat for 6 weeks...then eat one hopper a week for the next 3 weeks. He WILL not eat anything he thinks is too big, so I have to really err on the side of smaller hoppers then bigger ones. But he is a great little snake
