I use calcium now but what is a good supplement with everything in it. This would be for a baby sav. Oh and i always dust my crickets should I dust pinkies too or are they good by them selves.

From what read and my limited experience my Sav has done very well 7 inches in the last 2.5 months on fuzzies that weren't supplemented but crickets that were dusted with indoor minerall. I dusted the pinkies though because of their lack of bone development...I forgot were I read that I think it was one of Melissa Kaplan's sites

mineral is such a good suppliment, there is also a great suppliment for calcium and color enhancment called nekton-rep color it's a bit pricey but i've had the same bottle for over a year. I'd highly reccomend spending the 20 bucks on it, it works wonders
