breeding weight for hogs ???????

hi everyone,
i have a pair of CB '03 western hognose and was wondering what is a good weight for them to be before they breed.
i hope to breed them next season and would like to try to get them to the right weight.
the male weighs 104 grams
and
the female is 112 grams
any help would be great

also the same question applies to my female CB '04 sonoran goper

This is my first year breeding hogs but I have done a lot of research and most refrences suggest females are at least 150g and males are least 100g or so. However health imo is the most important thing. If they don't healthy even at those weights then I would not attempt to breed. There is a lot more experienced people on here than me but this seems to be working for me this year. Hope this helps.
