Spilled water? Not anymore!

Kingofspades Jun 27, 2006 07:55 PM

So I had this brilliant idea...
I stuck velcro squares to the bottom of my snake's water dish...
and POW, no more spilled water!

Woot.

But they can still knock that over, can't they?

Be carefull.
I know someone who had a snake somehow get it's hed stuck and drown in the tupperware...
I never saw the size or got details, but it sounded like it was the cause.
The velcro is an awesome idea for babies.

I have a 1500 gram male and 3 velcro squares seems to be working fine for him.
I suppose we'll see if he can outsmart me though. Haha.

I use heavy ceramic water bowls on my adults..... they can't tip them.
A little more exspensive, but it's worth it.
