morning cruising S.Fla

Whats the best time in the morning,this time of year, that cruising early morning is effective for snakes in S.FLA?thanks guys..

hunt before 10:00 am but It's very hard to find snakes moving this time of year in florida (too hot) but you might get lucky if you walk around swamps,meadows,flagponds...or low areas where permenant water sources like big wide canals and ditches are, or roadcruse at dusk.
