How big is he?

He's looking extremely nice. I don't see too many with the nice black and yellow like him.

Thanks Mike. I'd guess he's around 32-34 inchs. His yellow chains are holding their color pretty well. He body color has turned a little bit more brown as he's grown.

Steve, you ever plan on breeding him?

Where did you get him at?

I only have two eastern kings at the present time. This one, and and an 05 Currituck, NC Eastern male. If I ever pick up a high yellow female, it would be nice and try to produce some nice yellow chain easterns. And if she happens to be SC. locality, all the better.
I picked up this male from J&J reptiles out of Maine, who you'll see from time to time on the KS classifieds.

He's pretty violent with his food. I might get brave one day and try and hand feed him, LOL

...screaming orange as a hatchling. Do you have any before pics?

very nice.

Steve_Craig Jun 28, 2006 01:02 PM

I can't say what he looked like as a hatchling. He has had yellow chains ever since I received him. Here's a picture of him in September, 2005. About the time of this photo I'd only had him maybe a couple of months.
